About this workbook

The seven Master claim worksheets plus a PTSD symptom journal, a bad-day narrative page, stressor notes for VA Form 21-0781 with MST guidance, and a one-page appointment summary. Fill it on screen or print. The Veterans Crisis Line comes first.

Worksheets inside, plus symptom logs

  • Evidence Log: The Three Legs
  • Personal Statement Worksheet
  • Buddy / Lay Statement Worksheet
  • C&P Exam Prep Sheet
  • Deadline and Intent-to-File Tracker
  • Decision-Letter Decoder
  • Appeal-Lane Chooser

Which one do you need?

  • The free field guide (Filing a PTSD Claim) walks you through the task, step by step. It's free on this site.
  • The book (The VA PTSD Claims Playbook) explains the whole subject in depth, with the reasons behind each rule.
  • This workbook is where you do the work: fillable pages that keep your records, dates and notes in one file, in order.

You don't need all three. The free guide is enough to do the steps. The workbook is for people who want it organized in one place.
