Monthly tax-free payments for surviving spouses and dependents of veterans who died from service-connected conditions or while on active duty.

Survivors Pension
Income-based monthly benefit for unremarried surviving spouses of wartime veterans, regardless of service connection.

- •Aid & Attendance add-on available
CHAMPVA
Healthcare coverage for spouses and children of veterans who are permanently disabled or died from service-connected conditions.
- •Covers medical, dental, pharmacy
- •No enrollment fee; cost-sharing applies
