About this book
Many veterans covered by the PACT Act have never filed, often because nobody told them the law applied to them. The PACT Act created presumptive service connection for conditions linked to specific military exposures and locations. For a veteran with qualifying service and a covered condition, a presumption means you do not have to prove the link between service and that condition on your own.
